We have missed you and we are excited to see you again! As part of the Re-Opening of America plan H&H Auto Parts will be opening up our front lobbies to customers with limitations.
- There will be at least one salesperson at each location to care for you the customer. We moved our salespeople to work from their homes in an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19. We will be slowly moving them back to their regular work sites with everyone’s health and wellbeing as our first priority.
- Customers will be able to speak directly to a salesperson, from a distance greater than 6 feet, and will have limited access to the lobby area.
- Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer will be made available for customer use.
- We will not offer use of the restroom facilities to the public at this time.
- Our staff is instructed to utilize the back entrance to the facility, reserving the front entrance for customers, to limit the number of people at each entrance.
- If, on rare occasion, it is necessary to be within the 6 ft distance limit a mask will be worn by our employees for your protection.

Shipping and Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days from when the part is received.

We take pride in our timely and efficient return process. We want to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way, even after the transaction is completed if needed. Please keep in mind that while we may refund your credit card within 1-2 days of the part being returned, it may take the credit card processor an additional 3-5 business days to actually process that refund to your card.
